Last night I took some pics for The Eastern's new Album (which you need to buy) ... was that subliminal enough? Its due in Early March!!
You need to buy it for all the reasons that you would normally buy an album, ... you love the music, you've got $30 in your pocket, you want to be moved by sound, .... but more importantly you get that little bit closer to the Eastern Family.
I cannot say enough good things about this band. Most of all they deserve greatness.
But don't just listen to me .... The Eastern by Johannes van Kan put it on High Quality viewing, and crank up the volume!
I've visited New Zealand in January and was in Christchurch at the Busker's festival 2010. There I saw and heard the Eastern Family which made me very happy. As I was leaving New Zealand after two weeks and was going back to Australia I was a bit sad and emotional. It was beautiful weather and I was in a great mood after I saw them performed. Offcourse I bought the album `The Eastern` which I am now listening.
And by listening to it, it gives me much joy. Especially the song `Dusty Sun`.
